My stay at Hanoi Center Silk Classic Hotel & Travel was quite enjoyable overall, but there were a few bumps along the way. The hotel's location in the heart of the old quarters made it easy to explore Hanoi, and the staff were generally friendly and helpful. However, I did notice some areas could use a bit more attention to cleanliness, particularly in the bathroom. Overall, it's a solid choice, but a bit more consistency could enhance the experience.
